Inception

I love the arts. I love being able to share my thoughts, visions, through my creativity. To have an unchained mind and not be limited to just one way of seeing something… That is what the arts does for people. Whether it be in the form of art, music, or performance (acting) there is never one way to interpret artistry.

I always liked to create and to draw. While in school, I learned how art inspired the world. I majored in Animation in college and earned my BS in 2012. From my thoughts, to the paper, then to the screen. Its such an amazing feeling watching your ideas come to life.

Music has always been with me, since before I can remember. My mother would tell stories of how my father sang to me as an infant and I would sing back to him. In a way, that was the way I learned how to communicate.

Music means so much to me and I see how it plays a part in different lives everywhere. It is one of the many beautiful things that unites us all. For example, people can attest to the universal feeling of the song “Happy” by Pharrell Williams released in 2013. It was a phenomena that swept the world. 

Just one example of how music can unite, inspired, evoke a feeling no matter what background you are from. We all are affected by music no matter where we are from. Music, just like art can make us feel all kinds of emotions at once. 

That is what I aspire to do. I want to share my gifts with everyone. Hopefully to bring joy to someone, but mainly to inspire.
